Sales Assistant Job

Savivo A/S is looking for five country sales managers for England, Denmark, Norway, Finland and Sweden. You will be responsible for the phone sales of our English and Math School Products within your designated country. You have to be native speaker in one of the following languages: English, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish or Danish.

This is part-time position with approximately 20 hours a week. You will get a commission based upon the size of your sales. This position is suitable for senior students, recent graduates and young professionals.

Your daily work life will be focused on phone B2B sales to schools, CRM and customer support. You will be measured on your ability to increase the sales of our core products Mingoville English and Mondiso Math.

• Execution of telephone sales and cold calling
• Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
• Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
• Gathering market and customer information;
• Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with customers
• Recording sales and order information and sending copies at a CRM system
• Invoicing customers and entering figures into an accounting system
• Issuing product licenses from a backend system
• Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets

• The position is located in Copenhagen where you will become an important part of a strong team of qualified and motivated employees.

• You have experience with telephone sales or working in a call center
• You have native skills in one of these languages: Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish or English.
• The position is suitable for: senior Bachelor students, Master students, recent graduates and young professionals.
• Any degree subject is acceptable, although relevant qualifications in sales or marketing may be preferred for some positions.
• Relevant experience gained in any commercial area involving contact with customers or the general public can be beneficial.
• Excellent English and IT skills
